Happiness in your life depends on what you think. As it said" It doesn't matter what happens to you; what matters is how you think about it."
We always let our thoughts destroy us; we allow them to control us by thinking negative thoughts. Sometimes we overthink things or worry about what will happen.
Most of the pains, stress are caused by our negative thoughts. We can't argue that sometimes in life, we may have to face difficulties, but make different is what we think and how we respond to what happened.
