You can't change the situation and its outcome but you can change the way you think and can choose the way you will react to it.
In life, you always face difficulties and often things don't go your way. Rather than cry over spilled milk, work through your situation.
What already happened we can't change or undo it, instead of complaining or trying to blame on others, and regretting what happened, you 'd better move on and find the way to solve the problems.
And even though you can't fix it all, you should be proud of yourself for what you have done. That means you have tried it!

When you believe in yourself, and trust yourself, you don't need to seek approval, acceptance, and encouragement from others. You don't need to explain yourself to anyone for what you do because you know what you do and want in your life.
You know your happiness in your life does not depend on other people or any circumstances. You know how to live your life and you don't need to live your life for other people.
When you are strong and believe in yourself you know you can't control any situation or what other people will treat you but you can control how you think about them and how you will react to them. It is just like a bird sitting on a tree that is not afraid of the branch breaking because its trust is not on the branch but its own wings.

We fall, we rise, we hurt, and we learn. We are not perfect and it's okay if we have a meltdown because we are human.
We make mistakes but they will not be mistakes if we learn from them.
Don't forget you are human. It's okay to have a meltdown, just don't unpack and live there. Cry it out and then refocus on where you are headed.
