I think self-encouragement is vital for us; we don't need to seek anyone to do it for us, but it is something we can do for ourselves.
To encourage self means we love ourselves, and we are the ones who know our self-worth. And we need to forgive ourselves as well.
When we know our worth, we no longer seek approval and validation from others because we can see it within us, not from the outside.
And the more we can see ourselves from the inside, the more we are in tune with ourselves, and finally, we will become who we truly are.

I have been thinking about my life, that it's all about the destination, and whenever I make it there, I will be happy. However, I have just realized that maybe what I have been thinking might be wrong.
Looking back on my life, I have learned that my destination is endless; when I finally reach my goal, I always set another new plan. And when I am still on my way to my destination, where I face obstacles, I always feel unhappy and discouraged. So many times, I almost gave up.
Because I look forward to reaching the destination, which makes me forget to enjoy the journey, and I forget those people I meet along my way, including the beautiful views that I miss enjoying.
From this moment, I will be a new person and learn to enjoy the journey. I will enjoy all the ups and downs along the way. I will appreciate the process and see it as a reward because life is a journey that we must travel despite difficulties that will make us grow.
